The second bedroom, appointed in an elegant, soothing palette, is adjacent to the main bath that includes a granite counter vanity, ceramic tiles, with a large walk-in shower lined with subway tiles and built-in shelves. This sunny bedroom contains a Queen size bed, night table, lamp, dresser, closet, 2 large windows, and a soothing ceiling fan.

Perfect for family gatherings, the open concept, fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite counters and a breakfast bar. The living room features an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and comfortable leather couch, and additional seating.
Off the living room is an additional deck nestled in the trees complete with a gas grill and a separate eating area to enjoy a glass of wine, appetizers, Alfresco dining, or a lazy Sunday brunch.
Conveniently located adjacent to the living room is an enclosed screen porch. Enjoy watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or curl up on a lounge chair with your favorite novel.
Outdoor Cedar Shower and Patio.
The outdoor cedar shower and adjacent patio on the lower level are perfect to segway from a day at the beach into your evening or an amazing way to begin your day after a fresh cup of coffee.
