2023 RENTAL RATES

APRIL / MAY / JUNE / SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER:

• $350/night

• 3 Night Minimum

• $2,450 per week (7 days)

AUGUST:

• $400/night

• 3 Night Minimum.

• $2,650 per week (7 days)

SECURITY DEPOSIT & CLEANING FEES

• $350 Refundable Security Deposit for weekly rentals / $500 for lengthier stays

• Cleaning fee (non-refundable): $250
